Among the services we provide there are:
Seminars. Aaron's journey of youth work has given him experience with some of the most difficult situations with some of the most difficult people and organisations Australia has to offer. Aaron Provides a range of seminars from half day to full day and weekends that provide for your particular needs as individuals and organisations.
Coaching. Aaron's passage through youth work has been full of the trials and tribulations that we all face as those who work with young people. Aaron provides an opportunity for youth work students, ministers and youth workers to gain skills and support that will last them throughout their career. from basic youth work and group work skills through to management Aaron can tailor a service that meets your needs. to discuss the full range of options available to you contact Aaron directly on aaron@agm.org.au.
Camps. Much of Aaron's early youth work experience was on camps, and as such they hold a very special place in his heart. Aaron's extensive camp experience has held him in good stead as a camp speaker over the last few years. Aaron has spoken to many groups (especially young people) over the past seven years from places throughout New South Wales, along Queensland's southern coast, and within Victoria in places such as Anglesea, Marysville, Mill Park, South Morang, Broadford and Bendigo.
Teaching. Gifted by God Aaron has been developing his skill as a teacher in the context of his local Church and within his ministry experience. Trained by some of the best names in the field of youth work Aaron's ability to translate theory into practice is second to none. Providing solid teaching for today's context is Aaron's specialty and below are just some of Aaron's seminars and worksops.
Preaching. Aaron has had a wide and diverse background which compliments his testimony and Christian training. Aaron's unique style is like that of John the Baptiser... preparing the way of the Lord. Full of Love and Grace Aaron presents the powerful and life changing message of Jesus Christ.

Discussing Drugs and Alcohol. Drugs and alcohol claim over 6000 lives every year in Australia not to mention the effects they have on friends, families and society. This presentation breaks down the myths and provides the facts so that participants can make informed and timely decissions and lifestyle choices.(This program is suitable for youth workers, youth leaders, teachers and young people).
Discussing Crime and Young People. Aaron speaks of his experience as a young person and how he was treated by the justice system. In this seminar Aaron also calls on his experience working with the children of prisoners through his association with Prison Fellowship Australia - Victoria to show a wholistic view of the effects of the justice system on young people. this program draws on evidence and case studies from all levels of the justice system from Youth Justice to the Department of Human Services. (This program is suitable for youth workers, youth leaders, teachers and young people).
Group work and Young People. Group work is possibly the most effective tool in a youth workers arsenal. in this workshop Aaron delves into group theory and practice to give you and your team some well worn tools for running your small groups. Aaron also lets some tips and trade secrets slip for advanced youth small group work. (This program is suitable for youth workers, youth leaders and teachers).
Initiating Young People into the world of Adulthood. In this seminar Aaron discusses the old saying that "it takes a village to raise a child" from the context of post-modern 21st century western culture. Aaron delves into his extensive research into this lost phenomena and paints a picture of what life would look like for a young person if we initiated them into their community and into Adulthood.(This program is suitable for youth workers, youth leaders, teachers and young people).
